YOUTH ACTION TEAM (YAT):
WHO: Jeffrey Trail Middle School Students
WHAT: A community service club that encourages students to be actively involved in their community. YAT is a great way for students to learn new skills, experience new challenges, make new friends, and discover they have what it takes to make a difference in their community.
MEETING LOCATION: MPR on Mondays, Flagpole on Wednesdays
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays starting September 8th
TIME: After school until 4:00*
*Project end times will vary every week
COST: $39, *includes transportation, supervision, and t-shirts
GNARLY ADVENTURES:
WHO: Jeffrey Trail Middle School Students
WHAT: Students will tackle challenging activities such as high ropes course, hiking, beach sports, paddle boarding, and more!
MEETING LOCATION: Meet at the flagpole
WHEN: Every FRIDAY starting September 17-October 8, 2021
TIME: After school until 6:00PM
COST: $60*includes transportation and supervision
END OF SUMMER BEACH BONFIRE:
WHO: All IUSD Students
WHAT: Get ready for S’more fun with the Middle School Program as we usher in the winter season with a beach bonfire bonanza! We’ll head to Balboa Pier where students can swim, play beach sports or simply hang out and listen to music.
MEETING LOCATION: Meet at the flagpole
WHEN: Friday, September 10, 2021
TIME: After school until 10:00PM
COST: $25 *includes transportation and supervision
FLAG FOOTBALL:
WHO: Jeffrey Trail Middle School Students
WHAT: Join us for a fun and structured after school program that covers football skills such as catching, passing, and de flagging!
MEETING LOCATION: Jeffrey Trail Fields
WHEN: September 14-October 7, 2021
TIME: After school until 4:30 PM
Cost: $24, Includes dinner, drinks, s’mores, transportation and supervision
